On the tax assessment page, you search by address, Block & Lot, Owner(s) Name, or complete an Advanced search in a specific municipality or county. 

Once you have entered in your criteria, you can then choose to export the data to a CSV file or create mailing labels

You can also choose to view the properties on the street map by clicking the check box next to "view" and then selecting the "eye" Icon.
